Job Description
Job Summary
We are a private, well-established practice in Desoto, Tx. We are seeking a fun, energetic and supportive dental hygienist to join our team! We have a great work culture in a fast-paced environment and want the right candidate to help us in our demanding and growing practice.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assist in dental procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records
Take and interpret X-rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a fast-paced dental office or clinic environment.
Certification or Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene.
State licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques.
Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record systems.
Ability to perform chairside assisting duties seamlessly during various dental procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
