Position Summary:
Dental hygienists in our offices are integral to delivering exceptional patient care with a focus on prevention and upholding our vision to change the perception of dentistry. As a key member of the clinical team, the hygienist plays a vital role in preventive care, patient education, and supporting long-term oral health. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building trust with patients, skilled in clinical excellence, and committed to a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities include:
Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene care, including periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, and sealants in alignment with our standard of care.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of routine preventive care to support favorable long-term oral health outcomes.
Communicate clearly and confidently with patients about ongoing maintenance needs and recommended treatment.
Collaborate with our dentists and team members to ensure seamless coordination of diagnosing, treatment planning, and follow-up with our patients.
Support same-day care and contribute to schedule optimization by maintaining flexibility and proactive communication with the front office team.
Required Skills and Experience:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing in the state of Wisconsin.
Proficient in performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate patients.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine desire to build long-term relationships with patients.
Comfortable discussing treatment needs and coordinating with both the clinical and front office teams.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth patient flow and documentation accuracy.
