Clinical Excellence
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting
Deliver Prophy, Soft Tissue Management (STM I & II), and Periodontal Maintenance
Utilize digital radiography and intraoral scanning technology
Educate patients on oral-systemic connections and personalized home care
Partner with doctors to co-diagnose and co-treatment plan
Patient Experience
Create a warm, welcoming environment from start to finish
Build long-term patient relationships rooted in trust
Communicate clearly and confidently about recommended treatment
Growth & Leadership
Take ownership of your schedule and clinical outcomes
Participate in continuing education and team calibration
Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture
