Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Mon/Tue/Wed — Durango, CO
Junction Creek Family Dentistry, PLLC
Three-day week. Four-day weekend. Every week.
Junction Creek Family Dentistry is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Durango, Colorado. Our hygiene schedule runs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday — so whether you're looking for a full three-day week or something lighter, you'll have Thursday through Sunday to yourself.

What You'll Do
Deliver preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including scaling and root planing
Take and evaluate radiographs; perform oral cancer and periodontal assessments
Educate patients on home care and preventive strategies
Partner with the doctor on treatment planning
Maintain accurate, thorough clinical records
What You Bring
Active Colorado dental hygiene license (or license-eligible — new graduates are encouraged to apply)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Local anesthesia certification preferred
Strong communication skills and genuine warmth with patients
Compensation & Benefits
$56 per hour
Paid time off and paid holidays
Continuing education allowance; Colorado license renewal and professional dues covered
Full-time or part-time considered — we'll build the right schedule for the right person
