Job Description
Our Two East End Private Dental Practices are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to add to our team! At Floss 32 Dentistry we are a relaxed, friendly, modern, team-oriented office focused on quality patient care. Our office is looking for a personable and attentive Hygienist that has exceptional chairside manner. New Grads are welcome to apply!
Ideally, we are looking for someone to join our team 4 days a week, however we are willing to consider anything from 1 day to 5 days a week!
As a Hygienist at Floss 32 you can expect the opportunity to truly get to know your patients. We typically schedule one hour for an adult prophy and 30 minutes for kids. Our hygienists are also trusted to recommend periodontal treatment for patients based on your evaluation and your expertise!
Our office will offer a competitive hourly compensation minimum which is based on experience. We also offer the opportunity to INCREASE YOUR INCOME with our easy to follow Production Based Hygiene Compensation Opportunity. **The production based compensation is unique in that it allows the hygienist to modify or adjust their schedule as THEY see fit, not as how the front office sees fit**
Job Responsibilities would include: (but not limited too)
Greeting and Seating Patients, Reviewing Medical History, Obtaining treatment Consents
Taking Digital Radiographs (must have current Kentucky certification)
Evaluating patients' periodontal health and periodontal disease
Hard tissue Charting and Note completion in Eaglesoft
Treating both adult and child patients through Prophy, SRPs, Perio Maintenance, and Sealants
Cleaning & Disinfecting Treatment Rooms, Sterilizing Instruments
Restocking Hygiene Trays and Maintaining Hygiene Inventory
Occasionally using a digital scanner for occlusal guards
Ideal Schedule to be determined during the interview process.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Current Kentucky Dental Hygiene Certification
Current Kentucky Radiology certification
Current Healthcare CRP certification
