Full-Time Dental Hygienist | Trail Creek Dental
Join our growing, multi-specialty dental practice in Colleyville, Texas! Trail Creek Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our expert clinical team. We welcome candidates at all experience levels who are committed to exceptional patient care.
About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist at Trail Creek Dental, you'll provide comprehensive preventive care while building lasting patient relationships in a supportive, technology-forward environment. You'll work alongside experienced dentists in a collaborative practice that values clinical excellence and continuous learning.
Schedule & Compensation
Hourly Rate: $48-$55/hour based on experience and skills
Schedule:
Tuesday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Wednesday: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM
Three Saturdays per month: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM
Fridays available if candidate prefers. Possible Full-time in future.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver thorough prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments including fluoride and sealants
Build trusting patient relationships through excellent communication and education on oral health
Maintain efficient scheduling to respect patient time while delivering quality care
Document accurate clinical notes including vital signs, health history updates, and periodontal charting
Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Support practice operations by assisting with additional duties as needed
What You Bring
Valid Texas Dental Hygienist License (required)
Strong clinical skills and commitment to infection control standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced practice environment
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and positive attitude
HIPAA compliance knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality
