Dental Excellence is a well-established, privately owned cosmetic and restorative dental practice in North Naples seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

For more than 23 years, our practice has focused on high-quality, personalized dentistry in a calm, professional environment. We are a low-volume practice with an established patient base and a strong emphasis on long-term relationships, exceptional care, and attention to detail.

The Position
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
Educate patients and support long-term oral health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Take digital radiographs and images as needed
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
Help maintain the high standard of care our patients have come to expect
We’re Looking For
Florida Registered Dental Hygienist
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Warm and confident with patients
Team-oriented and comfortable working in an established private practice
Experience preferred
Schedule
Monday–Thursday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm)
Approximately 29 hours per week (part time options available)
No evenings or weekends
Compensation & Benefits
$46–$52/hour, depending on experience
