About Our Practice
We are a friendly, patient-centered general dental practice committed to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, enjoys educating patients, and works well in a team-oriented office.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state regulations
Assist the dentist with examinations and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software
Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelines
Provide outstanding patient care with a friendly and professional attitude
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensed in Virginia
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with digital X-rays and dental software preferred
