Job Overview
We’re seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team permanently. Part time for the first few weeks, with full-time opportunities in the near future. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a seamless, comfortable patient experience while providing thorough preventive care and educating patients on lifelong oral health. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a desire to be part of a wonderful team.
Responsibilities:
-Making an excellent first impression and putting patients at ease
-Performing comprehensive prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
-Taking and evaluating digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and digital scans
-Performing periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
-Documenting findings accurately and communicating clearly with the dentist
-Educating patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment recommendations
-Providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient
-Maintaining infection control and sterilization standards
-Ensuring compliance with all health regulations and company standards
-Working with co-workers to build productive, well-coordinated days
Requirements
-Active Georgia RDH license
-Current CPR certification
-Strong knowledge of dental terminology and periodontal protocols
-Excellent communication and patient-education skills
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Positive attitude and team-oriented
-Wants to be part of a practice that values growth, professionalism, and having fun
