We are building a trusted list of fill-in Dental Hygienists for our dental office in Clyde, NC. This opportunity is ideal for hygienists who enjoy flexible scheduling and want to work with a supportive, patient-focused team. We are looking for reliable hygienists to help cover upcoming dates when our regular hygienists are unavailable.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care while performing clinical procedures that promote and maintain oral health. While this role will begin as as-needed fill-in, there may be opportunities to grow into a part-time or full-time position within the next year or so, depending on practice needs and the right fit.
Schedule
Fill-in dates will vary based on office needs and hygienist availability.
Hygienists on our fill-in list may be contacted for coverage due to vacations, illness, or schedule changes.
Being on our fill-in list does not obligate you to accept dates, allowing you to choose opportunities that fit your schedule.
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation will be discussed privately with qualified candidates.
Rates may vary depending on experience and the specific coverage date.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures
Take dental radiographs as needed
