Job Description
As a Dental Hygienist, are you in an environment where you can provide the best care possible and be rewarded for it OR, is something missing?
Our Hygienists are valued as providers and play an intricate role in our success. Due to growth in our Fee-For-Service Private Practice, we are seeking a Dental Hygienist that shares our passion for relationship based patient care, as well as creating a welcoming environment.
What you’ll do as a Hygienist:
Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
Build trust through clear communication with patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health.
Chart oral conditions for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment
What you’ll bring:
Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software
