Dental Hygienist
Lake Harris Dental | Fruitland Park, FL 34731
Monday–Wednesday | 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM
Potential to expand to 4 days per week in the future.
Compensation
Hourly Pay or 30% of Adjusted Production (Whichever is Higher)
Lake Harris Dental is a modern, privately owned practice seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, periodontal health, and helping patients achieve lifelong oral health.
We're looking for someone who enjoys educating patients, identifying treatment needs, and contributing to a productive, team-oriented practice—not someone looking to simply "clean teeth." Top producers who value comprehensive periodontal care and patient education are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive cleanings, periodontal maintenance, SRP, and periodontal therapy
Apply fluoride varnish and other preventive treatments as indicated
Complete periodontal and oral cancer screenings
Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, and treatment needs
Maintain accurate clinical records
Follow OSHA and CDC infection control protocols
Work closely with the doctor to deliver outstanding patient care
Contribute to daily production and practice goals
Qualifications
Florida Dental Hygienist License
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
Production-minded with a commitment to ethical, comprehensive care
