Job Description
Dental Hygienist – Madison EAST
Love hygiene again.
You became a hygienist to help people — not to spend your day feeling rushed and unsupported.
At First Choice Dental, hygienists are trusted clinical partners. Your observations matter. Your recommendations matter. Your time matters.
We’re looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants excellent patient care, a supportive team, and a life outside of work.
Why Hygiene Is Different Here
Your clinical voice matters. Hygienists work side by side with doctors, and your judgment and recommendations are valued.
You’re supported from day one. Dedicated hygiene mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development help you keep growing.
Put the sharpening stone away. Each hygienist has their own instrument sets, and we professionally examine, sharpen, and replace instruments as needed.
Resources without losing the relationships. First Choice Dental is locally rooted and clinician-led, with strong technology, training, and support in a community-practice environment.
Flexible scheduling helps you build a career that works with your life.
What You’ll Love
Competitive compensation and benefits
Full-time or part-time opportunities
Flexible scheduling
Dedicated hygiene mentorship
Doctors who value your clinical judgment
Modern technology and well-maintained equipment
Professionally sharpened and replaced instruments
Opportunities to learn and grow
A positive, supportive team
Our Culture
We train together, celebrate together, solve problems together, and show up for one another.
Our philosophy is simple: Take exceptional care of your people, and they can take exceptional care of their patients.
Who We’re Looking For
Licensed or pursuing licensure as a Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin
Passionate about patient education and long-term relationships
Collaborative and team-oriented
Committed to excellent periodontal and preventive care
Interested in continuing to learn and grow
Ready for a hygiene career where you feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work? We’d love to meet you.
