Who we are:
Velle Dental is a fee-for-service cosmetic and restorative practice in Cincinnati, with locations in Mariemont and White Oak. We believe that dentistry isn't separate from healthcare - it's foundational to it.

We are not insurance-driven, which means we are not volume-driven. Our patients choose us because they want extraordinary care, and we build our days around delivering it. We leverage advanced technology and interdisciplinary care to reconstruct smiles, reduce inflammatory factors, and coordinate treatment with physicians.

We are strong believers in work-life balance and see patients Monday-Thursday from 8am-3pm.

The role:
We are hiring a licensed Dental Hygienist, and we are flexible: full time or part time, we will build a schedule around a great candidate. You will own your patients' preventive and periodontal care, work chairside with a doctor who trusts your clinical judgment, and have genuine time to educate and connect rather than rush.

What your days look like:
Comprehensive cleanings, periodontal therapy, scaling and root planning, and maintenance done to a high standard, not a stopwatch
Digital radiographs, intraoral imaging, and thorough perio charting
Real patient education: the diet conversations, the home-care coaching, the "here is what I am seeing and why it matters" moments that actually change outcomes
Partnering with our doctors on treatment planning, especially where hygiene sets up beautiful cosmetic and restorative results
Keeping our infection control and clinical protocols airtight, because we take that seriously
Who you are:
Licensed to practice dental hygiene in Ohio (or license-eligible and ready to go)
Clinically sharp and detail-obsessed, the kind of hygienist who notices the thing others miss
