Dental Hygienist - Full Time

Primary Essential Functions:
Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, sealants, and patient-specific preventive care
Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, periodontal health, and the oral-systemic health connection
Record periodontal charting, medical history updates, clinical findings, and treatment recommendations
Capture digital X-rays, iTero Health Scans, and Invisalign Photo Records
Collaborate with our doctor team to diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive patient care
Oversee all sterilization processes, instrument processing, equipment maintenance, operatory set-up/tear down, and compliance with infection control protocols
Daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and operatory maintenance procedures
Inventory for all clinical department supplies
Support a positive patient experience by building lasting relationships and providing exceptional patient-centered care
Success Factors:
Self starter, can work well independently with minimal supervision
Must be relational, empathetic, and enjoy connecting with patients
High attention to detail is essential
Works well within established systems and is able to improve upon them when necessary
Comfort in a fast paced environment
Able to prioritize tasks
A long term desire to create a career in the dental field
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
