Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled full time, 34-37 per week(hours are negotiable) Dental Hygienist to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health in a professional dental clinic setting.
Duties
- Conduct dental cleanings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
- Perform dental charting and maintain patient records
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Administer local anesthetics under the dentist's supervision
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Follow HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry
- Knowledge of dental coding and documentation practices
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
