Webster Family Dentistry has been serving the Milton/Pensacola community for over 50 years. We're a three-doctor, patient-focused practice with a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. We treat our staff the same way we treat our patients, with consistency, respect, and care.
The Position
We're hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist (4 days per week, Monday–Thursday). No evenings. No weekends. Ever. Our front desk team handles all scheduling and patient coordination, and a dedicated lab technician manages instrument maintenance and sterilization so you can stay focused entirely on patient care.
What You'll Do
Perform professional cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing (SRP)
Take and interpret X-rays; assist in diagnosing gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
Apply preventive treatments including fluoride and sealants
Administer local anesthesia as needed and where licensed
Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist with oral cancer screenings and treatment planning
Maintain accurate, thorough chart documentation
What We're Looking For
Active Florida Dental Hygienist license (new graduates welcome to apply)
Gentle, patient-focused clinical approach with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills across patient age groups
Team-oriented, positive, and professional
Familiarity with infection control protocols and HIPAA standards
