Axion Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team in Mokena, IL. We are a patient-focused dental practice that values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a positive team culture.

Our hygiene department is an important part of our practice, and we give our hygienists the time and support they need to provide excellent care, educate patients, and make a real impact on their oral health.

We are looking for someone who is personable, motivated, clinically confident, and excited to be part of a team that truly cares about the patient experience.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality dental hygiene care
Perform periodontal charting and hygiene assessments
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and recommended care
Support periodontal therapy and maintenance protocols
Take necessary radiographs and intraoral images as needed
Partner with the doctor and team to deliver a great patient experience
Help patients understand the connection between oral health and overall health
Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation

Qualifications
Active Illinois Dental Hygiene license
Strong communication and patient education skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Prior dental hygiene experience preferred, but we are open to the right fit
