We are looking for a Dental Hygeinist to join our great team in Quincy, MA

Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque and tartar buildup effectively.
Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and dental charts to inform treatment plans.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring proper technique and patient safety protocols are followed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to foster long-term oral health.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance to protect patient confidentiality and promote a safe clinical environment.Qualifications
Valid licensure as a Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations.
Proficiency with dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation review, and medical records management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients clearly while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
