We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established family dental practice.

For many years, we have built lasting relationships with the families we serve. We provide care for patients of all ages and often see multiple generations of the same family in our practice—from grandparents to grandchildren. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care while utilizing modern technology and clinical systems that help us provide excellent treatment and patient experiences. Join a team of three hygienists who support one another and work collaboratively with our assistants and front office team to create a culture of excellence. Our experienced front office team values clinical excellence and works closely with our clinical staff to ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
We believe great dentistry takes time. That’s why our adult hygiene appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing our hygienists to provide thorough care, educate patients, and build meaningful relationships without feeling rushed. We strive to create an environment where quality patient care comes first and where our clinical team has the time and support needed to do their best work every day.
We are committed to supporting our hygienists’ professional growth through continuing education, mentorship, and opportunities to learn the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry. We believe investing in our team is one of the best ways to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Our practice is equipped with advanced technology to support exceptional patient care and clinical efficiency, including:
Digital radiography
Intraoral scanners
CBCT imaging
Paperless charting
Ultrasonic instrumentation
Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) to support comfortable, effective maintenance of implants and optimal oral health for our growing implant population
Responsibilities
Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services
Educate patients on oral health and home care techniques
Perform assessments, charting, and documentation
Take radiographs as permitted by state regulations
Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care
Build positive, long-term relationships with patients and families
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Schedule
Monday through Thursday
First patient scheduled at 7:45 AM
Last patient scheduled at 4:00 PM
Optional Friday hours available from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate
No evenings or weekends
