Job Overview
Our Germantown location is looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our team! If you enjoy building relationships with patients and working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Provide preventative dental care, including cleanings and periodontal therapy
Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care
Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
Maintain detailed and compliant clinical notes
Qualifications
Current Dental Hygienist license (TN or eligible)
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
