Part-Time Dental Hygienist, Woodmeadow Dentistry, Grand Rapids
Two to three days a week. Wednesday is the day we need most; the rest is flexible. Tell us what you have and we'll build the schedule around it.
Who we are
Woodmeadow Dentistry is a one-doctor, fee-for-service practice on the southeast side of Grand Rapids. We're out of network with everyone by choice, which means insurance companies don't set how much time a cleaning gets.
What that looks like for you: an hour with each recall patient, no production quotas, and a doctor who collaborates with you on the perio plan. Patients here chose an out-of-network office on purpose. They show up, they're engaged, and they aren't shopping for the cheapest cleaning in town.
The job
Recall visits, perio maintenance, and new patient comprehensive visits. You'd be working alongside two hygienists who've been here for years, in a small team where everyone knows everyone's name. Open Dental and digital radiographs. We also have intraoral scanners, and you're welcome to learn them if you're interested.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 to 5, plus one Friday a month. Wednesday plus one or two other days is ideal.
Requirements
Active Michigan RDH license. This is a licensed position; please don't apply without one. New grads welcome.
