Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking compassionate, motivated Dental Hygienists to join the dental team at Naval Hospital Great Lakes in Waukegan, IL. Every patient you care for is a Naval Cadet. Your work directly supports the health and readiness of the future men and women serving our nation.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
No nights or weekends
11 Paid Federal Holidays

Qualifications
We're looking for professionals who have:
✔ Current unrestricted Dental Hygienist license: Associates or Bachelors: Must be program accredited by CODA
✔ Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
✔ U.S. Citizenship
✔ Ability to successfully complete federal credentialing, background investigation, and occupational health requirements
Previous military, VA, or federal healthcare experience is welcomed but not required.
What You'll Do
As a Dental Hygienist, you'll provide preventive and therapeutic dental care while working alongside an experienced military dental team.
Responsibilities include:
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
Complete oral health assessments
Educate patients on preventive dental care
Take dental radiographs
Document patient care in CHCS, AHLTA, or MHS GENESIS
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide exceptional patient care
