Ideal Opening for an Exceptional Dental Hygienist
No Fridays · Work-Life Hours · Non-Corporate · Wellness Focused Dentistry
Part-Time or Full-Time · 2+ Years Required · From $42/hr
Groth Dental is looking to add a dental hygienist to support our growing wellness-focused private practice. Why This Is an Ideal Job
No Fridays. Best Hours. Balance of life is not something we talk about here, it is something we live. Every day starts early and ends early: Mon and Wed 8am to 3pm, Tues and Thurs 7am to 2pm.
Lead and shape the hygiene experience. We are actively developing whole-health periodontal protocols and we want the right person helping drive that. If you have ideas about wellness-focused care, patient education, or how hygiene should function at its best, bring them. This is a seat at the table.
Modern, advanced dental hygiene. Appointments are structured so you can do your best work. We foster genuine relationships within our patient base and this trust leads to idealized therapies that support optimal wellness.
Airflow in every operatory. We support our hygienist with best-in-class technology and materials, and we continue to evolve as the profession advances.
We truly have the best patients. We have built our patient base carefully. Our days are better because they are filled with wonderful people who are here for the right reasons and trust their hygienist.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $42/hr based on your experience and clinical skill set.
