Job Description
Location: Greely
Candidates: New grads are welcome! We are open to hiring 1 FT or multiple PT to work the available hours. Please call to discuss.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on Experience + Premium Benefits. Your individual skills matter to us. Salary will be based on your years of experience and skills demonstrated during a working interview.

What You Bring to the Team:
Education: Dental Hygiene Diploma required
Certification: Valid CDHO license
Experience: Dental Assistant experience is an asset
Safety & Compliance (Preferred): Knowledge of IPAC, WHMIS, and Ontario Health & Safety guidelines.
Software: Cleardent knowledge is considered a strong asset.
Soft Skills: We are searching for a Team Player who is compassionate, empathetic and genuinely loves working with people! Has excellent communication skills and a positive, happy disposition. Is adaptable and willing to adjust to changing situations, while maintaining a commitment to the team's goals and supporting colleagues. Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and personalized care plans to promote long-term dental health.
Assist with patient examinations by recording medical histories and documenting findings accurately.
Support the dental team during procedures such as orthodontics, pediatrics, or restorative treatments.
Manage patient appointments efficiently using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
Maintain a clean, organized operatories and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and ensuring a welcoming environment for all ages.
Pay: $45.00-$52.00 per hour
