Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and enhancing smiles with confidence. Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and care
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment options and procedures clearly to patients
Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards
Operate dental imaging equipment to obtain high-quality radiographs for diagnosis and treatment planning
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to streamline patient care and improve efficiency
Document all medical and dental records accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of South Carolina
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnostic techniques
Experience with electronic dental/medical record systems preferred
Ability to interpret clinical instructions and protocols
Pay: $176,118.30 - $250,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
