Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist
Location: Greer, SC
Reports To: Lead Dentist & Office Manager
Work Schedule: Full Time - 4 days per week (Tues-Thurs 7:30am to 5:00pm)
Compensation: $50 to $55 per hour, DOE

Our fast-growing Greer dental practice is seeking a quality hygienist to be recognized as the primary source of periodontal education and therapy in our practice. We use most current materials, products, equipment and technology as well as provide continuing education.

Responsibilities:
Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice
Implement practice policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives
Follow state and federal laws
Be the lead educator about periodontal disease
Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs
Treat oral health conditions
Educate patients on the importance of prevention
Maintain accurate patient records
Achieve daily production goal
Utilize AI-powered diagnostic tools (e.g., Overjet) to assist in radiographic analysis, periodontal assessment, and patient education
Qualifications:
RDH License current, Work experience - 1-2 years is preferred but not required Experience with Dentrix and Dental Intel is a PLUS
