DENTAL HYGIENIST
Private Practice | Buildable Schedule | No Fridays or Weekends!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our private dental practice in Sun City West, AZ!
We are a high-technology private practice with two doctors and an amazing patient population. We primarily see adult and senior patients — no children! Our patients are wonderful, appreciative, and value their dental health.
BUILDABLE SCHEDULE
This position offers a buildable hygiene schedule as our practice grows.
We are currently looking for a hygienist to work Wednesdays & Thursdays. As our seasonal residents return and our patient schedule continues to grow, we will open up Mondays & Tuesdays, with the goal of building into a consistent 4-day Monday–Thursday schedule.
Current schedule:
Wednesday & Thursday
Start time: 7:30 AM
Patient hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Future schedule:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start time: 7:30 AM
No Fridays
No weekends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting pay: $50/hour
401(k) after 1 year
Holiday pay after 90 days
Black scrubs dress code

Open Dental practice management software

You'll also have:
1-hour appointments with each patient

A dedicated hygiene assistant
A supportive private-practice team
