Job Description
We are seeking an Orthodontic Dental Hygienist to fill a permanent Wednesdays only position at this time.
Orthodontic experience will be considered an asset but willing to train the right candidate. Hours are from 8-5p.m.
Responsibilities:
Assessment of oral health, bracket/band placement, archwire changes, debonds, bonding of lingual wires, patient charting, intra oral scanning
An educator in oral health by introducing preventative techniques and coaching
Establish positive professional relationship with patients by having a positive and enthusiastic demeanour. Enjoys working with children and adults.
Proficient with computers and must be a team player
Requirements:
Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within province; in good standing
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
