Job Description
Colonial Dental Group is Private Practice seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, educating patients on oral health, and working collaboratively with our dental team to create a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
Conduct oral health assessments and document clinical findings.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Assist the dentist in developing individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with infection control and OSHA guidelines.
Ensure patient comfort while delivering high-quality care.
Collaborate with the dental team to promote an efficient and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice.
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with digital dental software and electronic health records is preferred.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
