Hermon Family Dental is a small business in Hermon, ME. We are professional, patient centered and engaging.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth and gums, scaling, and polishing
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for home care
- Conduct patient assessments and screenings, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical history
- Take dental x-rays and perform other diagnostic imaging as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software system, Open Dental
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid dental hygiene license in the state of Maine
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and communicate with patients
- Ability to accurately assess patient needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Knowledge of dental imaging techniques for dental diagnostics
