Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Herndon, VA
Office hour:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(No evenings or Fridays)

Responsibilities
Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Review medical histories and document clinical findings
Assist in identifying and communicating treatment needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
Current Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred
New graduates are welcome to apply
