Job Overview
Our practice is looking for a hygienist to join our diverse team. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and a relaxed and caring experience for our patients. Our patients are like family and our inviting hospitality makes them excited to return.
Clinically our staff is expected to provide high quality and thorough dental care modernized with today’s technology.
As it relates to our team, we are looking for an individual who works well with others and is happy to assist their coworkers when needed knowing their teammates will do the same. Healthcare is a difficult job that can feel there may not always be appreciation for the work we do. At our office we support our staff with an open environment and do what it takes to make the stress disappear.
Patients come first but our staff is equally important. We want everyone to be successful and start each day excited and invigorated.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
Assess and document patient oral health status, including medical history and vital signs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Review and maintain accurate dental records and documentation for each patient visit.
Collaborate with dentist to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental practice, adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements
Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience working in a dental office is preferred.
