Job Summary
PenBay Dental is seeking a skilled and charismatic Dental Hygienist or Independent Hygienist. We would love to find someone full-time, but are open to part-time as well.
We recognize the important contribution of the Hygienist to our patients' oral and systemic health, and we value having Hygienists and Dentists working together under one roof to provide the best possible dental care for our patients from a restorative and periodontal perspective, so we are motivated to find a creative solution and fair compensation model for a Registered Dental Hygienist or Independent Hygienist to join our team.
PenBay Dental is a beautiful space with modern equipment and advanced dental technology, include EMS Airflow Prophylaxis Master, intra-oral cameras, Nomad, and CBCT.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality preventative and periodontal care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting optimal oral health.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, and who values a positive and supportive working environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, the desire to always learn and improve, and strong clinical skills.
Pay, compensation model, and schedule are negotiable for the right candidate. The traditional full-time position includes a generous benefits package including paid health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, paid CE and professional fees, and a 401K plan after 12 months of employment.
Valid Maine license required (or pending), as well as CPR certification.
