LEAD DENTAL HYGIENIST WITH $55.00+ MONTLHY BONUS AND 1,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS

Tedders Family & Implant Dentistry is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Hygienist who wants to help build something special.
We're looking for a self-starter who will help reinforce clinical protocols, elevate the patient experience, and contribute to the continued growth of our hygiene department. This is an opportunity for someone who wants a voice, values teamwork, and is excited to help shape the future of a growing private practice.
Compensation & Benefits
$55/hour base pay + percentage of monthly production
Medical and dental insurance
401(k) with Safe Harbor non-elective contributions
Paid holidays effective immediately
Up to 3 weeks earned PTO
Uniform allowance

Who We're Looking For
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
2+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferred but will consider all candidates
Passion for patient education and relationship-building
Leadership mindset
Self-motivated and growth-oriented
Strong communication skills
Dentrix experience is a plus
