Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Dental Hygienist for our established practice in West Ashley. With the recent addition of another dentist, we are adding another Dental Hygienist to our growing team.
We prefer local anesthesia and nitrous certifications.
This position will require the hygienist to educate patient and assist in developing treatment plans (co-diagnosis) to meet the needs of our patients. The hygienist will be required to use advantage technology (CBCT, digital x-rays, intraoral camera, and digital camera) as well as simple flip charts and handouts to help educate patients. In addition, this position will require collaborating with other hygienists and dentists to keep the hygiene department up-to-date.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, a knowledge of dentistry, positive and outgoing personality, excellent patient care skills, and strong organizational skills.
