At Stone Oak Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics, we believe our team is the heart of our practice. We're looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is caring, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional care in a fun, family-focused environment.

What You'll Do:
As a key member of our clinical team, you'll help create positive dental experiences for children while educating families on the importance of lifelong oral health. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing gentle, high-quality preventive dental hygiene care
Performing dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal assessments
Taking digital X-rays
Assisting chairside and supporting the doctor during procedures as needed
Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records
Educating children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Collaborating with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient care
Required:
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
At least 1 year of dental hygiene experience
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Ability to take digital X-rays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Experience working with pediatric patients
Chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry experience
Open Dental experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
