Job Description

We maintain a serene, spa-like atmosphere with calming decor, background music, and a friendly front desk team that sets a relaxed tone for every visit.
We work as a tight-knit family where assistants, hygienists, and dentist genuinely support one another, share responsibilities, and celebrate wins together.
We avoid double-booking and rush tactics, giving you the focus and time necessary to deliver high-quality, comprehensive clinical care without burnout.
Reasonability
Deliver exceptional preventive care, including thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral camera photos.
Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene strategies and product recommendations.
Maintain meticulous electronic patient charts and treatment notes (Dentrix).
Adhere strictly to OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Requirements
Active State Dental Hygienist License.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide monitoring certification (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first chairside manner.
Reliable team player who collaborates seamlessly with our dentist and assistants.
Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
