Want to actually connect with your patients instead of racing a production clock? Piper Family Dentistry in Largo (serving Pinellas since 1993) is looking for a registered dental hygienist who values quality-of-care time and real work-life balance.

4-day work week, NO Fridays (Mon–Thu, 7:45am–5:30pm), with some schedule flexibility
Predictable hours, no surprise late stays
$40–$42/hr base +unlimited bonus
