Blue Earth & Mapleton Family Dental is seeking an energetic, airway-focused dental hygienist to join our growing team full-time or part-time. We are looking for the right candidate who is excited about comprehensive patient care, airway dentistry, myofunctional training, and helping improve both children’s and adults’ overall health through dentistry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hygienist who wants to grow beyond traditional hygiene and become part of a practice focused on whole-body health, patient education, and innovative care.

We welcome both experienced hygienists and new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in airway-focused dentistry.

Patients are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM to provide flexible, family-friendly hours. Additional hours can be discussed if desired.

Job Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform dental hygiene procedures independently as delegated by the dentist and allowed by Minnesota state law
Provide exceptional hygiene and preventive care for patients of all ages
Assist in identifying airway concerns and educating patients on oral-systemic health
Complete necessary x-rays, periodontal charting, and oral hygiene assessments
Work collaboratively with the dental team to support comprehensive treatment planning
Participate in continuing education, team meetings, and airway/myofunctional training opportunities
Support a positive and welcoming patient experience
