Job Description
Full-Time or Part-Time (2 Days Per Week) | Osceola, Iowa
Every patient has a story.
Sometimes it's the child who's finally excited to brush their teeth. Sometimes it's the parent who hasn't been able to see a dentist in years. Sometimes it's the older adult who simply wants to smile with confidence again.
At Infinity Health, we believe every smile deserves compassionate care, and every patient deserves someone who takes the time to listen, educate, and make them feel comfortable.
If you're a Registered Dental Hygienist who loves building relationships just as much as providing excellent clinical care, we'd love to meet you.
Whether you're looking for a full-time career or a part-time opportunity working two days each week, you'll find a supportive team, modern clinical environment, and a mission that makes every day meaningful.
Why Infinity Health?
We're more than a dental clinic.
Infinity Health is an integrated Community Health Center where medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and care coordination work together to care for the whole person, not just the appointment.
That means your work extends beyond cleanings and periodontal care. You'll help patients improve their overall health, build lasting relationships, and become a trusted partner in their wellness journey.
Our culture is built on four values:
Respect – We treat every patient and teammate with dignity.
Integrity – We do what's right, even when no one is watching.
Commitment – We show up for our communities every day.
Excellence – We never stop learning or improving.

Full-time or part-time (2 days/week) schedules available
A collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together
The opportunity to practice at the top of your license
Patients who appreciate the time and education you provide
An organization that invests in your professional growth
A mission-driven culture where your work has purpose every day
What You'll Do
As an important member of our dental team, you'll:
Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations
Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy habits
Build trusting relationships that encourage lifelong oral health
Collaborate with dentists, medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and care teams to support whole-person care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support infection prevention and patient safety standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach opportunities
Every interaction is an opportunity to improve a patient's health—and their confidence.
