Job Description
Position Location: Lincoln
Hours: Full time (40 hours); Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hourly Pay Range: $31.98 – $39.17
Recruitment Bonus: $5,000

Primary duties:
Triage patients
Provide dental care services including screenings, scalings, cleanings, x-rays, sealants, fluoridation, and periodontal charting
Provide patient education
Provide referral assistance for more complex follow up and restorative procedures
Work closely with care coordination, outreach, and primary care staff to assure patients’ dental needs are identified and addressed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Maine state dental hygienist license
Minimum one-year experience preferred
RESPONSIBLE TO: Chief Medical Officer
