Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Lititz, PA
Compensation: Up to $60/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 4-days flexible work week, always 3-days weekend, No nights. No weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and fluoride treatments
Perform periodontal charting and support treatment planning with the dentist
Educate patients on oral health, home-care routines, and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care
Support a positive, team-oriented office culture
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
1+ year of clinical dental hygiene experience
Strong communication and patient-relations skills
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed up to $60 per hour
$2,500 sign-on bonus
