Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for an outpatient dental opportunity in Bristol, Vermont. This position offers an exceptional weekday schedule, low daily patient volume, generous appointment times, and the opportunity to provide quality-focused preventive dental care as part of an established collaborative team.
New graduates and experienced Dental Hygienists are encouraged to apply. Full-time employment is preferred, but part-time candidates are also welcome.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Dental Hygienist will provide preventive dental care and patient education while collaborating with Dentists and fellow Dental Hygienists on treatment planning and ongoing patient care.
The practice emphasizes quality and relationship-based care rather than high patient volume. Hygienists typically see only 6–7 patients per day, with extended appointment times designed to support comprehensive care and patient education.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide preventive dental hygiene services

Support continuity of patient care
Develop positive, professional relationships with patients
Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment
ESTABLISHED CLINICAL TEAM
You'll join an established outpatient dental team consisting of 2 Dentists and 3 Dental Hygienists. The practice values teamwork, collaboration, quality patient care, and strong relationships with patients.
