Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – 2 Days/Week
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Part-time (2 Days/Week, M 10-7, F 7-2)
Pay Range: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Our client provides a comprehensive array of services—from preventive care and Invisalign to complex restorative work, cosmetic veneers, and dental implants.

What You Will Do:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
Conduct thorough iTero oral scans, oral health assessments, including oral cancer screenings and taking digital radiographs.
Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene strategies and the connection between oral health and systemic health.
Collaborate closely with the leading dentist to develop and implement personalized periodontal treatment plans.
Help identify opportunities for elective or restorative care, supporting the practice's comprehensive care philosophy.
Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical notes in Dentrix software.
Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
What We Are Looking For:
Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuinely warm chairside manner.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate patients effectively.
A commitment to clinical excellence and a desire to grow alongside an award-winning team.
Experience with modern dental software and digital radiography is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Highly Competitive Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
