Job Description
Job Summary
Join our patient-centered dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). We are seeking a motivated professional to deliver high-quality clinical care, patient education, and support a positive environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments (fluoride/sealants).
Patient Assessment: Review medical histories, take vital signs, and evaluate oral health status.
Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Digital Records: Maintain accurate documentation using Dentrix in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Team Collaboration: Follow strict infection control protocols and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required: Valid State Licensure as a Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Preferred: Experience in general dentistry more than a year.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety.
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
