Dental Hygienist –M & W 8:30A-3:30P - 12hrs/wk (108)
Roosevelt, NY
Shift: Monday & Wednesday; 8:30A – 3:30P
Salary: $40 – 43/hr
Qualifications:
AAS or BS degree rom an accredited school.
Licensure as required by the State of New York.
Two years practical experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs chair-side duties that including but not limited to:
HScaling, prophylaxis and fluoride
Instructing patients, families and /or staff in good oral hygiene and aftercare for dental treatments rendered
Nutrition and home care instructions
Take X-rays when necessary
Take and record medical history, medication lists, and record keeping.
Work chair side as needed, with dentist during examinations and treatments.
