Job OverviewRegistered Dental Hygienist – Build Something, Not Just Fill a Chair
This isn’t a clock-in, clean teeth, clock-out role. We’re building a hygiene department from the ground up — and we want the right person to lead it.

You’ll have a real seat at the table: shaping systems, driving patient retention, and owning your production numbers. Your compensation is performance-based with uncapped earning potential. The more you build, the more you earn.

What you’ll do:
Lead hygiene department growth and set the standard for patient care
Build and refine recare, retention, and reactivation systems
Educate and motivate patients around their long-term dental health
Collaborate closely with the doctor and front office as a true partner
What we’re looking for:
Active RDH license in good standing
A growth mindset and ownership mentality — you track your numbers and drive them up
Strong patient communication and relationship skills
Local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred
