Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our private practice in either a full time or part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing dental cleanings ensuring a comfortable environment for our patients.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories accurately.
Perform dental cleanings and provide preventive care to patients of all ages.
Take and interpret medical imaging as needed for patient evaluations.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Requirements
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio.
Experience with Eaglesoft software preferred.
Experience with digital radiographs
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions
