What You'll Do

Deliver comprehensive hygiene care utilizing evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices.

Perform thorough periodontal assessments, preventive services, and patient screenings to support overall oral health.

Educate patients on treatment recommendations, oral health conditions, and home care strategies that drive long-term wellness.

Partner closely with doctors and team members to identify patient needs, support diagnosis, and improve treatment acceptance.

Build meaningful patient relationships through compassionate communication and personalized care.

Leverage modern technology and clinical tools to enhance outcomes and create an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule (days/hours): Mon-Fri Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.

Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.

Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.

Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.

Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications:

Who We’re Looking For

A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.

Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)

A current CPR certification
